Placing an order off line

To place an order off line:

Step 1: Download our convienient, easy to fill out order form.

Step 2: Billing and Shipping information

Fill out the Bill To information. Fill out the Ship To information.

Make sure you fill in your email address and telephone number, in case we have to contact you about your order.

Step 3: Order Information

Fill in the number of each item you wish to order, item description, each item price, and total cost for the total number of each item you wish to purchase.

Enter the total cost of the items in the box next to the word "Subtotal."

Pennsylvania residents add 6% Sales Tax. Enter the sales tax in the box next to the words "Sales Tax."

Enter the shipping charges in the box next to the words "Shipping Charges."

Please note: Shipping charges can be obtained through our web site at www.maxiethecatgiftshop.com or by contacting us.

Enter the total amount due in the box next to the words "Total Due." To obtain the total due add the Subtotal, Sales Tax, and Shipping Charges.

Step 4: Reviewing Your Order

Carefully check your order form to make sure the information is correct.

Step 5: Payment Information

Please make your check or money order payable to Maxie's Gifts & More.

When placing your order, please keep in mind we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States.We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, outside of the United States, to PO Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.
